Q. Should I come with dirty hair?

A. We’ve all heard that it’s preferred but it can prevent bleach from lifting to it’s full blonde potential or color from covering 100% of your grays. So that’s a hard no from me.

Q. Do the services include a blowdry?

A. Yes! Every service includes a complimentary blow dry.

Q. Can we have an online consultation?

A. We sure can! Just send a few photos of your hair in natural lighting (outdoors or in front of a window) and any inspiration photos for your desired color, we’ll go from there.

 

Q. Are deposits refundable?

A. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable beyond 1 courtesy reschedule. Life happens, I get it.

 

Q. Why a Late Fee?

A. My time is just as important as yours. Being more than 10 minutes late to an appointment will incur a $10 additional fee. More than 10 minutes late might mean that your appointment can’t be done. Generally if I am late in any way I will deduct an amount from your service total as a courtesy.

 

Q. Are there refreshments?

A. There is water and coffee. We can always order food for longer appointments, on me!
